The number of documents that require review in any given year is large and on occasion we are unable to complete all of them within the designated time frame. Some of these documents will not require updating at the time they are reviewed. In these cases, the version date and year for next review will be updated, but the content remains unchanged.
The ‘due for review date’ on a document is an administrative tool that helps us to keep track of our information resources.
