·ÛºìÅ®ÀÉ NSW State Committee Travelling Scholarship
About
The ·ÛºìÅ®ÀÉ NSW State Committee Travelling Scholarships were established in 2017 to support NSW F·ÛºìÅ®ÀÉ trainees to train in a developing county in the Asia-Pacific region.
The scholarship funds are provided by the NSW State Committee (previously NSW Regional Committee) of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (·ÛºìÅ®ÀÉ), and are administered through the ·ÛºìÅ®ÀÉ Women’s Health Foundation.
The scholarships are intended to:
Provide excellent opportunities for trainees to improve skills in open surgery;
Promote a unique perspective on clinical care issues beyond the scope of usual training;
Allow the development of clinical skills in a different manner to that available for the majority of locally based training;
